What makes Accoya different?
It is softwood modified through acetylation so it barely absorbs moisture. Movement drops dramatically, coatings last far longer, and it carries a long durability warranty.
What door suits a Victorian terrace?
A four-panel door with a bolection moulding and an etched or obscured upper light. Stile widths matter — narrow modern stiles make the proportions look wrong immediately.

How do I look after the finish?

Very few are. The survey records the actual dimensions at several heights and the door is made to suit, with the frame packed and scribed on fitting.
